Alumni Foundation Kicks off Fall Campaign

Donors make a HUGE difference to students at NDSCS. We are excited to kick-off our annual fall campaign, "The Tradition of Success Continues". Through the generosity of our alumni, friends, and business community, we are able to award over $830,000 in scholarships this year! The mission of the Alumni Foundation is to support and assist those activities that strengthen NDSCS. Together, we can continue the tradition of achieving great things with and for NDSCS!

NDSCS to host Wildcat Singers 50 Year Reunion Concert as part of Homecoming Celebration

The community is invited to attend a 50th Anniversary Wildcat Singers Concert at 8 p.m. on Saturday, September 25. The reunion concert, held in conjunction with North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) Homecoming, will be held at the Bremer Bank Theatre in the Harry Stern and Ella Stern Cultural Center.

The North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) Alumni/Foundation will recognize a group of distinguished alumni and friends on Friday, September 24 during the Alumni and Friends Awards Ceremony at 7:00 p.m. in the Hektner Student Center on the NDSCS campus in Wahpeton. The public is invited to attend the recognition ceremony to celebrate the honorees.

Celebrating Wildcat Singers and NDSCS Music History

A recent study determined that technical students do better while participating in the fine arts.  This is nothing new to the campus of NDSCS which has had opportunities in music dating back over a century. The College, established in 1903, expanded to include the arts and science division in its third year of existence. By 1908, Professor Chas. C. Kirk had organized the first band on campus.
