We are a team. We take action. We are focused.
The generosity of the NDSCS Alumni Foundation donors supports the "TRADITION OF SUCCESS" and we are so thankful.
My NDSCS journey was unexpected and took until even after the late signing period for me to commit there. I had no prior knowledge regarding the school or state besides the fact that it is extremely cold and above South Dakota. I honestly believe this experience worked out in my favor because I was able to step out of my comfort zone, entering into the mysterious world of college, and gained a completely fresh start away from Milwaukee. The two years I spent at NDSCS were probably two of the most impactful, fun, and amazing years of my life.
The Gene Haas Foundation has awarded a $35,000 grant to support the Precision Machining Technology department at North Dakota State College of Science. The funds will be used to award scholarships to current and future NDSCS Precision Machining Technology students. Representatives from Productivity, Inc. visited NDSCS to present the check on behalf of the Gene Haas Foundation.
This year’s grant follows a $30,000 grant from the Gene Haas Foundation in the fall of 2018. That grant resulted in scholarships for 16 Precision Machining Technology students.
The NDSCS Alumni Foundation hosted a Scholarship Luncheon on January 29, 2020. Nearly 100 scholarship donors and recipients attended the event.
