A 24-hour Giving Opportunity to Expand NDSCS’s Nursing Program

Giving Hearts Day

Nurses are a precious commodity and are in short supply. During Giving Hearts Day on February 9, 2023, you can make a donation to the NDSCS Nursing Project that will help all students reach their educational goals, and strengthen and grow our already fantastic Nursing program. We hear over and over from our affiliates about the quality education NDSCS provides to our Nursing students. Financial support during Giving Hearts Day will help NDSCS continue to deliver excellent educational opportunities for our Nursing students, to increase their skill level prior to graduation. Please consider helping meet the need to expand the NDSCS Nursing program.

NDSCS has been providing exceptional nursing education since 1950. The two-year standalone Registered Nursing program, granting an Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing (AAS-RN), started in 2017. Accepting students each fall, NDSCS Nursing’s legacy continues and will be greatly benefited through donations during Giving Hearts Day. Your gift will help us expand this program by providing a Spring cohort, adding 32 more RN’s each year.

During the special 24-hour giving event, you can make donations online at https://app.givingheartsday.org/#/charity/113, bring cash or check to the NDSCS Alumni Foundation office, or send a check dated February 9 to 800 6th Street North, Wahpeton, ND 58076.
